At Hutton Park, we’re delighted to provide Residential, Dementia, Respite and Palliative Care to the highest standard.

Residential Care 

The well-being, happiness, and comfort of our residents is our first priority. We work closely with residents, and their families, to create a detailed care plan - and we are incredibly proud of the high standards of care that our team deliver, too.

Dementia Care

Our Dementia Strategy highlights the motivation of our team, and some of the work carried out at Hutton Park Care Home to provide a well thought-out environment and care package for our residents living with Dementia.

Pod Medication, Fall Prevention and Local Medical Centre

Working together with a number of health and social care professionals, we use a pod system of medication administration which offers a more dignified approach to medicine distribution and is more personal to each resident.

We also use falls prevention equipment tailored to suit each individual resident, including hospital profiling beds and Divan beds.

Brooksby Medical & Resource Centre provide all of our healthcare services for our residents. 

Activities and Alternative Therapies

Our Activities Coordinator plans and carries out seasonal events with all our residents, in addition to regular social, craft and reminiscence therapy sessions. 

Alternative Therapies at Hutton Park are something that we are always developing. With our in-house Hairdressing Salon, we can offer a relaxing hairdressing experience suited to each resident’s needs. And their preferred hairstyle!

The use of WIFI throughout the home will allow us to use tablets, mobiles, computers and technology as therapy for our residents, in addition to providing another great way to be in touch with family.

Palliative Care

At Hutton Park we provide care for residents who are nearing the end of their life, in our caring, supportive and familiar environment.

We aim to ease suffering and enhance a resident's remaining life, helping them to live as well as possible with dignity and respect. We also offer support to their family during this difficult time.

Respite Care

At Hutton Park we know that sometimes everyone needs a time out. Whether you care for a loved one, or need a break yourself, you can truly relax in knowing that a safe, welcoming environment awaits.

Respite care is ideal for those looking for convalescence, either following a hospital stay or an illness. Many people also arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if the home is the right choice for them as their new home. 

At Hutton Park we make sure each of our residents enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable stay, whether it’s on a short or long-term basis. We are committed to providing the care and support you need to get back on your feet.

Respite care can be worked around your life and care plan, with care provided to each  specific need. We are always working on new strategies to develop the best possible care, and would be delighted to chat through your needs.
